How China Is Always Watching
Skype, one of the largest providers of internet cell phone access, has been found to have been used by the Chinese Government to spy on their citizens. They have set their filtering software to monitor people's cell phones to record what is being said when certain words are said or texted. These words include: Falun Gong , Hu Jintao, Communism, and Jiang Zemin just to name a few. This plan to spy on its own people was found out by a group of Canadian human-rights activists, who decrypted the files they found on the internet.
There are parts of the movie The Dark Knight that have parts about using cell phones to spy on people and even use high frequency to see what they are doing, almost like a super echolocation.
