Lonely Gay Teen Seeking Same

This article was quite disturbing to me for many reasons. I had no idea that so many young teenager, just hitting puberty, are “out” and using the internet to feed their homosexual curiosity. It seems that if in fact it wasn’t for the internet many of these teens would be out doing normal teenage things such as hanging out at the mall or go to the arcade. The internet is exposing them to things they wouldn’t see on a day to day basis, causing them to grow up way too fast. Online they can become who ever they want, weather they it taller, shorter, smarter, prettier, wealthier, and in most cases OLDER. They are experiencing and experimenting with adult things at ages they shouldn’t be, making them prey to pedophiles and putting themselves at risk. The internet, for many of these teens is an escape form reality, no one knows who they really are so they can become who or whatever they want.
