Banagore India
Bangalore is a city in Asia. It was the first to have electricity in India. Bangalore has an estimated metropolitan population of 6.1 million (2006), making it Indies third largest city and fifth largest metropolitan area (wikipedia). Bangalore is also the second highest city with literacy. Bangalore's US$ 47.2 billion economy makes it a major economic centre in India. Indeed, Bangalore is India's fourth largest and fastest growing market.Bangalore's per capita income of US$ 6,460 is the highest for any Indian city. As of 2001 Bangalore's share of US$ 3.7 billion in Foreign Direct Investment was the 3rd highest for an Indian city(wikipedia).
It seems like Bangalore has gotten better and has more technology. As Tim Sullivan states if you wanted to get a car you would need to wait a year. He also states that it more like American ways of living. For instance they have pizza deliveries within thirty minutes. Although at the same time they have their problems but what country doesn't. "Even the weathly must face cities crowded with poverty, where malnourished children are commonplace and railroad tracks double as open-air toilets"(Sullivan). Bangalore also is a very hot place to live with blistering heat and people are anxious to get snowfall.

A good post. Use links to sources. What is the significance of this description of Bangalore? What does it tell us about the digital revolution in India?
